About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to orchestrate the next evolution of Ripple Payments. You’ll help us hit the next breakthrough for our flagship product, enabling global FinTechs to bridge stablecoins and fiat instantly. This role focuses on solving legacy problems with blockchain and crypto to build the future of value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Solve real problems by understanding customer friction points to translate complex needs into intuitive, high-value payment solutions.
- →Challenge the status quo by finding creative ways to make global payments faster, easier, cheaper, and more transparent.
- →Scale infrastructure by driving the development of reliable, high-throughput platforms to scale as fast as we innovate.
- →Collaborate and build by partnering with design, developers, and commercial leads to bring the Ripple vision to life.
- →Data-driven evolution by using performance metrics and continuous feedback loops to refine the user journey and improve adoption.
Requirements
- ✓Expert Builder: 5+ years of PM experience at a high-growth tech company, e-commerce giant, or FinTech.
- ✓Payments Pro: Have a solid track record in the payments space, with deep knowledge of how money moves.
- ✓Scale and Startup DNA: Built engaging products and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- ✓Technical Roots: An engineering background is preferred; you can speak the language of developers and understand the how behind the tech.
- ✓Appetite for AI: Curious about how AI can enhance product experiences and eager to explore its potential in FinTech.
- ✓Great Teammate: Excel at partnering with engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship world-class products.
