In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability for customer implementations, ensuring seamless execution from integration kickoff through postβgo-live stabilization.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Integration, Analytics, Data Science, Product and Merchant-facing teams to drive alignment, mitigate risk, and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for high-value accounts.
What Youβll Be Doing
Project Leadership & Execution

β’ Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, timelines, and outcomes
β’ Build and manage detailed project plans, tracking dependencies across multiple teams
β’ Enforce a standardized Go-Live Checklist to ensure readiness for all high-value accounts
Stakeholder & Client Communication
β’ Serve as the central communication hub across internal teams, providing clear visibility into status, risks, and next steps
β’ Partner with Sales and Integration team to manage merchant-facing communication related to onboarding and technical requirements
β’ Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Risk & Change Management
β’ Proactively identify, document, and escalate project risks and blockers
β’ Track and drive resolution of data and integration-related issues across teams
β’ Lead Go/No-Go decision meetings, presenting readiness status and final recommendations to leadership
β’ Ensure a smooth transition to Merchant Health and TAM teams postβgo-live, including ownership of open items and operational readiness
Process & Cross-Functional Alignment
β’ Partner with Sales pre-kickoff to validate commercial terms and ensure accurate, up-to-date data inputs
β’ Collaborate with Analytics to align on key success metrics (e.g., approval rates) prior to shadow mode
β’ Ensure all operational workflows (e.g., manual review, dispute processes) are fully prepared for launch
β’ Drive consistency and rigor in onboarding processes across teams
Qualifications
β’ 3 - 5 years experience managing complex, technical, multi-stakeholder projects with strong attention to timelines and dependencies
β’ Ability to clearly and proactively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
β’ A highly accountable, proactive approach with the confidence to lead without direct authority
β’ Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and technical integrations; able to facilitate conversations with engineering and data teams
β’ Proven ability to balance competing priorities, influence decision-making, and push back when needed
β’ Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on validating outcomesβnot just tracking progress
