About the Role
Riskified is expanding its Strategic Finance team and seeking a Strategic Growth and Operations Analyst to support long-term planning and decision-making. This role operates at the intersection of GTM, Finance, and Product, partnering with stakeholders across departments to maintain market models and track performance against strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define target markets and segmentation frameworks in partnership with RevOps
- →Identify and rank key growth vectors by analyzing market penetration
- →Research and synthesize external market trends to validate assumptions
- →Manage calculation and monitoring of strategic go-to-market KPIs
- →Validate data accuracy across internal and external materials
- →Track projects and timelines for cross-functional strategic initiatives
- →Support the Strategic Finance agenda with revenue growth projects
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, or Business Analysis
- ✓Strong technical experience with Salesforce and BI systems
- ✓Availability to work during NY hours (late afternoon/evening in Israel)
- ✓Native or fluent English (verbal and written)
- ✓Experience researching and synthesizing external market data
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for complex modeling
- ✓Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
