About the Role
Riveron is seeking a Performance Improvement Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on helping organizations improve business performance and achieve strategic objectives through various consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute project plans and deliver solutions across FP&A domains
- →Provide performance visibility through end-to-end reporting solutions
- →Assist clients with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- →Support clients in interim FP&A leadership capacity
- →Provide decision support with specific FP&A solutions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s in business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- ✓Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory, corporate FP&A, or business operations
- ✓Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, or other coding languages
- ✓Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Looker
- ✓Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Dynamics
- ✓Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance
- ✓Mastery of Microsoft Office products, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
