About the Role

As a Junior Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager at Roadsurfer, you will play a key role in shaping strategic, data-driven decisions that drive sustainable top-line growth. This role has a strong analytical focus, centered on building and maintaining robust data-driven models and frameworks that inform commercial and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive the evaluation of commercial initiatives by building data-driven analyses and models
→Analyze revenue performance to understand trends and drivers, identify improvement opportunities
→Contribute to building and refining structured processes, models and templates for revenue analyses
→Collaborate with different teams to support analytical topics and contribute to data-driven decision-making
→Partner with Finance on revenue planning, investor reporting, and scenario analysis

Requirements

✓Strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in data, problem-solving, and quantitative work
✓A structured, detail-oriented working style combined with a hands-on, proactive mentality
✓High motivation and willingness to learn advanced modelling skills
✓Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly
✓A collaborative team player who enjoys working with different stakeholders
✓Internship experience in consulting, finance, strategy, data analytics, or other analytical roles is beneficial
✓Fluent in English; German is a plus
✓Willing to work on-site in the Munich office
