About the Role
We are looking for a Team Leader to join roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental company. This role involves leading a team, managing vehicle fleets, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the location.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage the station with central departments and the team
- →Optimize processes and implement existing standards
- →Collaborate with international roadsurfer teams
- →Lead the team with empathy and clear communication
- →Recruit and build the team
- →Manage the vehicle fleet and coordinate local service partners
- →Advise customers on products and ensure they have a positive experience
Requirements
- ✓Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
- ✓1-2 years of work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar areas
- ✓Experience in team leadership is a plus
- ✓Empathetic communication and ability to create a clear, development-focused work environment
- ✓Strong customer service orientation and friendly demeanor
- ✓Pragmatic and solution-oriented work style
- ✓Excellent German and English language skills
- ✓Driver's license class B
