About the Role
We are looking for a Front-end Software Developer to join Robin Radar, a technology leader in tracking and classification of small objects. You will work on developing software for market-leading radar technology and collaborate with backend engineers to build powerful, user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain front-end applications in React (TypeScript)
- →Implement clean, reusable components with a focus on UX and responsiveness
- →Contribute to data visualization and mapping features
- →Work closely with the backend team to create clear data presentations
- →Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions
- →Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- →Collaborate with other departments on technical issues
- →Provide direction to software programming and documentation development
Requirements
- ✓BA/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- ✓Minimum of 5 years' experience in front-end development
- ✓Strong proficiency in TypeScript, web technologies, React, and HTML/CSS
- ✓Experience with REST APIs and handling real-world data
- ✓Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
- ✓Experience with Git or similar version control systems
- ✓Experience writing unit tests and test scenarios
- ✓Good analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- ✓Effective communicator and team collaborator; fluent in English
- ✓Live in The Netherlands, within commuting distance from The Hague
