About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our Finance & Accounting team at Pattern Inc., a global leader in ecommerce acceleration. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions to optimize financial operations, enhance decision-making, and mitigate risk.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for accounting processes
- →Work closely with global finance and accounting teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial challenges into AI-driven solutions
- →Collaborate with accounting teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI solutions
- →Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and explore their application in financial products and services
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- ✓Understanding of accounting & reporting processes, financial modeling, risk analysis, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance
- ✓Experience with N8N AI workflow automation tool
- ✓Up to 4 years of overall experience with around 2 years of relevant experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, preferably in finance and accounting projects
- ✓Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for finance applications
- ✓Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (Amazon SageMaker); SQL knowledge required
- ✓Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Docker, CI/CD)
- ✓Experience with big data technologies (Snowflake)
- ✓Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
