The TradePMR Marketing team supports advisor acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth by connecting independent financial advisors with the tools, custody platform, and technology they need to serve their clients. The team partners closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, Finance, and Creative to deliver measurable business results. We focus on disciplined execution, clear reporting, and responsible marketing in a regulated environment. Our work directly supports the continued growth of the TradePMR advisor platform! As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize paid marketing channels that generate qualified advisor leads and support full-funnel growth. You will design and execute campaigns across digital channels, run structured experiments, and analyze performance data to improve pipeline outcomes. You will collaborate with Revenue and Growth Operations to align on lead quality and funnel metrics, ensuring marketing investments translate into measurable business results. This role plays a critical part in acquiring and engaging independent financial advisors while maintaining compliance and brand standards. This role is based in our Clearwater, FL; Westlake, TX; or Chicago, IL office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do • Own performance and optimization for one or more paid marketing channels, improving cost per qualified lead and pipeline contribution • Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns focused on acquiring and engaging independent financial advisors • Design and run structured experiments across targeting, creative, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates • Partner with Revenue and Growth Operations to align on lead quality definitions, funnel metrics, and closed-loop reporting • Analyze campaign performance across the advisor lifecycle and translate insights into actionable improvements • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to test compliant messaging that meets regulatory and brand standards • Maintain department-level reporting, identify performance trends, and recommend areas for budget or strategy adjustments • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and finance operations related to paid performance marketing What you bring • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with ownership of measurable pipeline or revenue goals • Experience activating and managing campaigns within a marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo) • Experience managing paid channels such as search, paid social, programmatic, or lead generation partners • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing toward funnel and pipeline outcomes • Experience collaborating with Sales, Data, Compliance, and Creative partners to execute integrated campaigns • Ability to operate in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to stakeholders • Experience in B2B or financial services marketing • Familiarity with long sales cycles and advisor-focused growth models • Experience with CRM systems and marketing attribution tools • Experience using analytics and project management tools such as Google Analytics, Superset, or Jira • Securities exams preferred, but not required What we offer • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career • Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching • Best in class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents • Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more! • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces. In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
