About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Engagement Manager to join our team at Robinhood. This role focuses on driving customer engagement across our products and developing strategic growth roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the strategy for lifecycle journeys and campaigns by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities to increase customer engagement.
- →Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Design, Data Science, and Content teams to develop personalized and compelling customer journeys.
- →Use customer segmentation and data analysis to uncover opportunities for targeted messaging and tailored customer experiences.
- →Generate data-driven hypotheses to improve marketing performance; design and implement A/B tests and apply statistical fundamentals to evaluate results.
- →Drive the creative development and iteration pipeline by applying insights from experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- ✓5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services, or equivalent experience in a data-driven field.
- ✓Analytical approach with experience using tools and concepts such as Excel, A/B testing methodologies, and relational databases.
- ✓Experience developing marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation, and message testing.
- ✓Results-oriented approach with the curiosity, drive, and creativity to execute and iterate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- ✓Familiarity with SQL and/or HTML is a plus.
