About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Engineer to define and lead the technical direction of our platform as Rogo scales rapidly. This hands-on role focuses on architecture, reliability, and developer experience across our Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement scalable solutions for secure enterprise workloads
- →Define and contribute to reliability initiatives including SLOs and capacity planning
- →Build systems that support significant customer growth with clear failure modes
- →Own and improve internal platform systems including deployments and developer tooling
- →Drive improvements to reliability, observability, and operational workflows
Requirements
- ✓Extensive production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience
- ✓Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs
- ✓Experience working in either big tech transitioning to startup or a startup that successfully scaled infrastructure
- ✓Strong systems mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
- ✓Background in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
