About the Role
Roku is seeking a Director of FP&A to support the TV business. This role will serve as a trusted partner to the Devices team, providing end-to-end FP&A leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Business partner with the Roku TV Business Development team to accurately forecast the P&L
- →Develop and maintain annual forecasts, budget, and long-range plan financial models
- →Participate in strategy and operational execution for new products
- →Own all month end, quarter end, and earnings support
- →Develop KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to guide insight into financial and operational performance
- →Analyze and monitor forecast inputs against targets
- →Provide financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for special projects
- →Improve workflows to scale with growth
- →Lead and develop a high-performing team
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline
- ✓12+ years of FP&A experience at a high-growth tech company
- ✓Exceptional communicator with ability to present to senior management
- ✓Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for metrics and data
- ✓Strong problem structuring skills with hypothesis-based problem solving
- ✓Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- ✓Highest standards of accuracy and precision
