About the Role

We are looking for a self-starter to join our fast-paced Sales Operations team at Roku, the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This individual will support sales leadership through reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis, working closely with various departments to accomplish key company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Support hardware devices demand planning activities
→Participate in weekly and bi-weekly CPFR calls with major retailers
→Help create and maintain a rolling sales plan by major account
→Assist with weekly and daily sales forecasts and account reviews
→Track inventory levels, sales trends, and market conditions
→Join weekly meetings with the supply and order management team
→Help prepare and present agreed-upon forecasts to stakeholders
→Assist in developing short- and long-term strategic plans
→Regularly communicate status, risks, and opportunities
→Contribute to the development of new reporting and dashboards
→Document and update business processes and workflows

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in forecasting
✓Experience in consumer electronics, e-commerce, retail, or digital media industries
✓Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and NetSuite
✓Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
✓Demonstrated bias for action in resolving issues
✓Highly data-driven approach to problem solving
✓Sales operations, data science/modeling experience, or similar quantitative business responsibility
✓Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques
✓Proven ability to work effectively across departments and functions
✓Experience working in multi-site, virtual, and cross-cultural environments
