About the Role
Roku is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the TV Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will provide FP&A support to Roku’s TV business unit, focusing on forecasting, close processes, and annual planning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Business partner with the Roku TV Business Development team to maintain and consolidate global TV reporting
- →Act as the finance lead for Roku’s new Projectors business, managing forecast, close, and long-range planning cycles
- →Support month-end close processes by working with accounting to ensure accurate bookings for OPEX programs
- →Support the monthly TV sales unit forecast process
- →Assist the TV team in close and forecast submissions within FP&A systems (Anaplan)
- →Identify key variance drivers to explain variances to plan, forecast, YoY & QoQ
- →Provide ad hoc P&L modeling and in-depth analysis to drive decision making
- →Establish collaborative relationships across the Roku organization
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, ideally with finance, banking, or accounting expertise
- ✓Experience in a high-growth consumer electronics or retail company preferred
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- ✓Ability to understand complex business drivers and communicate results effectively
- ✓Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- ✓NetSuite and/or Anaplan experience a plus
