About the Role
Roku is looking for a skilled FP&A Manager to join the Platform Finance team. This role will partner with senior management, business, and product teams to drive strategic deals, partnerships, and investments. The FP&A Manager will combine financial leadership, modeling, and valuation expertise to evaluate complex opportunities and optimize enterprise value across the Roku Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead financial evaluation of deals and platform partnerships, including reporting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- →Analyze markets, assess opportunities, and build frameworks to drive executive decision-making
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, corporate development, sales, and product to structure scalable, commercially viable agreements
- →Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenario/sensitivity) and translate deal economics into forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans
- →Prepare executive-ready materials and provide finance insight during negotiations
- →Support valuation analyses for M&A and strategic investments; advise on capital allocation and portfolio prioritization
- →Provide finance insight during negotiations to optimize enterprise value
Requirements
- ✓Understanding and knowledge in the tech and media landscape
- ✓10+ years in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance
- ✓Expertise in M&A, complex multi-year deals, partnerships, and enterprise-wide financial impact
- ✓Advanced financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and risk assessment
- ✓Strong business judgment, deal intuition, and executive communication with numbers and pitch decks
- ✓BA in Finance/Economics, MBA a plus
