About the Role
We are seeking an IT Distribution and Operations Engineer to join our strategic banking/fintech project. This role focuses on deployment, field operations, and monitoring of IT systems within banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Actively participate in IT deployment projects within the bank
- →Conduct system, application, and infrastructure commissioning at field locations
- →Monitor, control, and report on deployed systems in the field
- →Analyze status, performance, and error notifications from field systems and coordinate with relevant teams
- →Perform field tests for newly established or updated systems and report results
- →Ensure compliance with standards and conduct quality control activities during deployment processes
- →Track alarms, warnings, and operational data as part of field monitoring processes
- →Prepare documentation for all deployment and field monitoring activities
- →Work in accordance with banking regulations and internal operational processes
Requirements
- ✓Graduate from Electronics, Computer, Software, or related engineering departments
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in deployment, field operations, and/or monitoring processes
- ✓Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, system, and application architectures
- ✓Capable of taking an active role in field operations and commissioning processes
- ✓Proficient in monitoring, reporting, and operational tracking processes
- ✓Able to adapt to the working discipline of highly regulated institutions (banking, finance, etc.)
- ✓Possess analytical thinking skills and competent in problem-solving
- ✓Meticulous and organized in documentation and reporting
- ✓Team-oriented with strong communication skills
