About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who builds things. This role focuses on building scalable products at the intersection of platform architecture and customer experience. You'll have a significant impact on the direction of Rose Rocket, a market leader in Transportation Management Software.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own high-impact platform projects at the intersection of platform capabilities and customer-facing experience
- →Build and prototype ideas to validate concepts quickly
- →Drive AI-native product development and integrate AI into our platform
- →Lead through influence, working with engineers, designers, and other PMs
- →Connect customer problems to platform solutions
- →Ship and iterate on the full lifecycle from discovery through delivery
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping products
- ✓Experience with platform or infrastructure products
- ✓Technical depth with platform architecture, APIs, data models, and front-end frameworks
- ✓Builder mentality with a history of building things
- ✓AI-native or AI-eager with experience using AI tools
- ✓Design sensibility with the ability to partner with designers
- ✓Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
