About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing existing customers, acquiring new ones, and ensuring smooth operational sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Actively acquire new customers
- →Create quotes and follow up consistently
- →Process customer orders including order confirmations and follow-up documents
- →Plan, manage, and track open customer orders
- →Handle telephone and written customer correspondence (national & international)
- →Provide technical and commercial advice to our customers
- →Maintain and use the ERP system (master data creation, updates, order processing)
- →Create and update statistical reports
- →Conduct occasional on-site customer visits
- →Work closely with internal departments
- →Communicate with suppliers in Germany and abroad
- →Create and follow up on inquiries
- →Create, monitor, and oversee purchase orders including import processes
- →Maintain articles in the ERP system
- →Correspond with national and international transport service providers
- →Create delivery notes and invoices including export processes
- →Create and follow up on freight and package orders
- →Support internal projects
- →Perform additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales and customer service
- ✓Proficiency in ERP systems
- ✓Strong communication skills in German and English
- ✓Ability to work with suppliers and logistics providers
