About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on preparing timely quotes for customers and managing order entry and updates.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare timely quotes for customers
- →Accurately enter orders into the system including updates where required
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quote and order status
- →Track milestones and provide required updates from quote receipt through final shipment
- →Manage daily workload and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
