About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Bilbao, Spain. This key role involves building strong relationships with external customers and providing technical assistance with quotations and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Produce timely quotations with supporting documentation and drawings
- →Ensure quotations are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion
- →Maintain departmental KPIs and ensure technical documentation is accurate
- →Respond swiftly to all customer queries within pre-agreed timescales
- →Work closely with External Sales Teams and Service department
