About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to join our team for 6 months and bring our learning vision to life. This role involves transforming complex information into engaging learning experiences that support employee development and drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct training needs analyses and skills-gap assessments to shape meaningful learning solutions
- →Design and develop high-quality training content that aligns with learning objectives and business priorities
- →Create interactive eLearning modules, including assessments and knowledge checks, using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines
- →Ensure all training content is inclusive, accessible, and suitable for diverse audiences across languages and cultures
Requirements
