About the Role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the planning and execution of data center development and construction projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional eager to build a foundation in large-scale infrastructure project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

→Support Project Managers in coordinating and executing data center development and construction projects
→Maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs
→Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies
→Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
→Coordinate meetings with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
→Support procurement activities, including tracking contracts and invoices
→Assist with document control and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
→Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
✓1-3 years of experience supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, or real estate development
✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
✓Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
