About the Role
The Account Manager - Record Management is an operations leader who will communicate a vision for how Williams Lea best serves our clients across single or multiple service offerings. This role focuses on executing service delivery, delivering operational excellence, and implementing optimized cost to serve models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee contracted operations to ensure needs of the contract and client are met
- →Develop a highly functioning client team
- →Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- →Ensure compliance with company and client policies and service level agreements
- →Engage in regular communication with employees and hold team meetings
- →Foster cross-training and teamwork to optimize client service delivery
- →Establish and execute quality service delivery through standard operating procedures
- →Utilize Engage system for client reporting and team management
- →Drive continuous improvement and resolve client-escalated issues
- →Manage staffing and workflow volumes
- →Review monthly P&L and labor allocations
- →Create and distribute monthly invoices
- →Manage client relationships and create monthly Client Service Reviews
- →Identify opportunities for account growth and new services
Requirements
- ✓Experience in operations leadership and team management
- ✓Strong understanding of service delivery and quality standards
- ✓Proficiency in using workflow management systems and reporting tools
- ✓Ability to manage financial aspects including P&L review and budgeting
- ✓Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- ✓Knowledge of industry best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- ✓Ability to adhere to business and client policies and dress codes
