About the Role

We are looking for a GSI Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on managing and driving growth with Global Systems Integrators, with a focus on business development, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and drive unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators
→Set up GSI meetings with key business executives
→Lead as the main conduit for new logo, pipeline generation, and business development
→Navigate and accelerate partner adoption of product solutions
→Represent and present Rubrik and partner value proposition
→Build lasting relationships with GSI partners and sales team
→Identify GSI top customers and execute interlock with Rubrik sales org
→Identify and validate GSI sales process and path to contract closure
→Build a positive ecosystem with OEMS and ISVs

Requirements

✓Successful track record of partnering with Global Systems Integrators
✓Ability to set up GSI meetings with key business executives
✓Lead from the front as the main conduit for new logo, pipeline generation, and business development
✓Ability to navigate and accelerate the partner’s adoption of product solutions
✓Represent and present Rubrik and partner value proposition
✓Exemplary relationship building skills
✓Experience identifying GSI top customers and executing interlock with Rubrik sales org
✓Identification and validation of GSI sales process and path to contract closure
✓Ability to build a positive ecosystem with OEMS and ISVs
