About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team at Rubrik, a leading company in data protection and AI operations. You will be part of a dynamic team building a world-class data management platform to help manage and protect customer data on hypervisor and host.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve Rubrikβs products
- βTroubleshoot issues experienced by customers or internal product tests
- βAnalyze field and internal data to develop product improvements
- βCollaborate with partner teams such as Product Management and Support
Requirements
- β2-5 years of software development experience
- βBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
- β2+ years of product development experience
- βAbility to identify scalable and elegant solutions to complex problems
- βStrong interest and ability to learn new technologies
- βProficient in one of C++, Java, Go, Scala, or Python
- βFull stack development experience is a plus
- βDistributed systems design and development experience is preferred
- βExperience with popular workloads such as Virtual Machines is a bonus
