About the Role

We're looking for a digitally native, culturally plugged-in Community Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the voice of our brand across online communities, building genuine connections with players and potential customers. This role requires someone who can represent our brand authentically across Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora.

Key Responsibilities

→Monitor and audit conversations across Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora to identify engagement opportunities.
→Actively participate in relevant discussions, positioning our brand as a trusted voice in the sweepstakes casino gaming space.
→Manage and grow our Discord server, fostering an active and engaged player community.
→Engage across relevant Reddit communities and threads to boost brand visibility.
→Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews in a timely and professional manner.
→Identify and contribute to relevant Quora questions and discussions.
→Build and maintain a database of engagement opportunities across all platforms.
→Develop platform-specific strategies for Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora.
→Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community efforts with campaigns.
→Flag player feedback and sentiment trends to internal teams.
→Track, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics.
→Stay ahead of platform updates and cultural trends within gaming communities.

Requirements

✓Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management or online community engagement.
✓Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
✓Hands-on experience with Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora.
✓Understanding of community etiquette, subreddit guidelines, and platform-specific best practices.
✓Experience managing online reviews, particularly on Trustpilot.
✓Comfortable working independently and managing multiple communities.
✓Data-driven mindset with experience using social listening and analytics tools.
✓Familiarity with the sweepstakes casino or social gaming industry is a plus.
