About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product & Growth to own every aspect of our subscription product’s ARPU, with the main objective of achieving a 15% quarter-over-quarter ARPU increase. This role involves ensuring the team runs at peak efficiency while delivering valuable features and driving product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter as the primary KPI
- →Shape the long-term vision and strategy of the product
- →Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap with a focus on revenue growth
- →Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of features
- →Oversee the end-to-end launch process for new features and product enhancements
- →Establish and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations
- →Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation
- →Ensure alignment between product decisions, ARPU targets, and business goals
- →Foster a performance-driven team culture
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product management
- ✓Demonstrated success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics
- ✓Advanced understanding of retention metrics and churn reduction strategies
- ✓Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and experience with component-based design systems
- ✓Highly analytical with a track record of leveraging user behavior analysis
- ✓Experience leading cross-functional teams
- ✓Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
