About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to serve as a frontend technical leader on Rula’s Patient Onboarding. In this role, you will own and evolve the architecture of Rula’s most visible and business-critical user journeys, including the marketing site, CMS, Entry Form, and Registration/Checkout flows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical strategy and execution for large, multi-month initiatives
- →Build reusable component systems and shared libraries
- →Define clear boundaries between frontend experience and backend workflows
- →Reduce accumulated tech debt that slows iteration
- →Mentor other engineers and set architectural direction
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of professional experience building and maintaining modern web applications
- ✓Deep expertise in frontend engineering with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Next JS
- ✓Proven experience leading large, complex frontend initiatives end-to-end
- ✓Strong architectural judgment for frontend systems
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills
