About the Role
RWS Group is seeking a USA-based Dutch Data Annotator to annotate, evaluate, and curate text, video, and geographic data for training and improving generative AI and machine learning models. This full-time remote role requires collaboration with project managers and client stakeholders through regular video meetings to ensure quality and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnnotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines in Dutch
- βPerform basic research as needed to ensure accurate annotation
- βProvide feedback on patterns in annotated data to improve the annotation process
- βMaintain high attention to detail and quality throughout annotation
- βCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders via regular video calls
- βEngage in continuous learning and adaptability
Requirements
- βNative-level proficiency in Dutch
- βExcellent comprehension and written communication skills in English
- βAbility to work full-time from 9 AM to 5 PM PST
- βBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- βFamiliarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas
- βGood general communication skills
- βDetail-oriented with ability to follow instructions
- βAbility to meet deadlines
- βResponsible, reliable, and communicative
- βMust pass a client exam and interview
- βPersonal laptop/desktop to access RWS systems
