About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics team at SafetyCulture, a global tech company focused on making work better for billions of people. In this key role, you will leverage data to empower commercial and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into analytical questions with measurable outcomes
- →Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that surface key SaaS metrics
- →Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, user behaviour patterns, and growth opportunities
- →Collaborate with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to ensure data models are accurate and scalable
- →Contribute to metric definitions, documentation, and governance
- →Automate recurring analyses and reporting
- →Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- ✓5-8 years of experience in analytics or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
- ✓Strong SQL skills and proficiency with a modern BI tool
- ✓Experience working with SaaS and go-to-market datasets and metrics
- ✓Ability to frame ambiguous business problems into clear analytical approaches
- ✓Proficiency with at least one scripting or statistical language
- ✓Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders
