We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Salonkee, a rapidly growing All-in-One solution for hair and beauty salons in Europe. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Talent Scouting: Explore social media, job boards, and networks to find the best candidates for the DACH region
- →Active Sourcing: Directly approach potential candidates creatively and convincingly
- →Applicant Management: Guide talents from the first application to the interview, ensuring a memorable candidate journey
- →Interviews: Conduct initial phone and video screenings, learning quickly what matters for technical and cultural fit
- →Support & Organization: Assist hiring managers with scheduling and optimize recruiting channels
Requirements
- ✓Education: Completed degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or similar, or vocational training with a focus on personnel
- ✓Experience: Prior internship or work-study program in recruiting
- ✓Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, quick-witted, and positive demeanor
- ✓Language: Native-level German and proficient English
- ✓Drive: Eager to learn, structured, and able to maintain composure in a dynamic environment
