About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Samsara's Growth team to help scale product-led, self-serve experiences across the customer lifecycle. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to build intuitive experiences that help customers discover value and grow with Samsara.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and own the strategy and roadmap for product-led, self-serve growth across key lifecycle stages
→Research customer needs and business goals to identify high-impact opportunities
→Own delivery end-to-end, from discovery through launch and measurement
→Partner with cross-functional teams to align on goals and execution
→Build intuitive, scalable self-serve experiences that reduce friction
→Integrate experimentation into the product development process
→Define and track success metrics for self-serve and product-led growth initiatives
→Contribute to the evolution of Growth Product Management at Samsara
→Champion Samsara’s cultural principles

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
✓6+ years of experience in customer-facing product management
✓Proven ability to synthesize customer insights, data, and business needs into a clear product strategy
✓Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
✓Strong project management and organizational skills
✓Strong product instincts and a keen eye for user experiences
✓Solid analytical skills and comfort working with metrics
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces
