Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- ✓3+ years of content development/knowledge management experience
- ✓Experience with content/knowledge management and ticketing systems
- ✓Experience in preparing AI-optimized content and building AI models
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- ✓Adept at managing multiple priorities and embracing change
