About the Role
We are looking for a Sana Commerce Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on implementing our e-commerce solution for global clients and ensuring successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implementing our state-of-the-art e-commerce solution (Sana Commerce) for clients positioned globally
- →Carrying out functional testing throughout the implementation process to ensure the solution meets requirements
- →Delivering user training to clients and providing guidance on the effective adoption of SaaS-based solutions
- →Reporting project progress to the Project Manager and maintaining and updating project reporting documentation
- →Collaborating closely with technical teams, developers, and internal stakeholders to support implementation activities
- →Providing support to customers after the completion of the implementation
- →Supporting and guiding customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements
- →Keeping up to date with new functionality introduced in the latest product releases
