About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineering Leader to join Sanity.io, an AI-powered Content Operating System. This role will lead a presales organization that helps prospective customers adopt Sanity as the foundation for their content stack.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead a presales organization focused on improving technical win rates and pipeline conversion
→Set presales strategy and engage in high-impact opportunities from discovery through close
→Coach the team on running value-oriented technical cycles
→Hire, develop, and retain a top-tier Solutions Engineering team
→Define and refine core presales motions including discovery, tailored demos, and security reviews
→Partner with Sales, Product, R&D, and Marketing to sharpen ICP and improve messaging
→Own the presales toolkit including demo environments and technical collateral

Requirements

✓Experience leading Solutions Engineering/Presales teams in B2B SaaS
✓Strong technical foundation in APIs, data models, front-end frameworks, and modern architecture
✓Experience using AI-based tools for customer discovery and POV/POC creation
✓Track record of improving revenue outcomes through coaching and process design
✓Clear, inclusive communicator adaptable from technical detail to executive narratives
✓Ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments while focusing on customer needs
✓Collaborative leadership style with high integrity
