About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expansion & Localization Manager to join our lean performance marketing team at Trezor, a leading innovator in the cryptocurrency hardware wallet industry. This role will act as the bridge between our global performance strategy and local market success, ensuring our brand message resonates well with local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate market entry with Business Development to launch and scale performance marketing in new territories
- →Adapt main creative concepts for high-performing localized assets (scripts, copy, visuals)
- →Ensure the entire user journey from ad click to checkout is culturally and linguistically optimized
- →Vet and manage local agencies, ensuring they reach CPA and ROAS targets
- →Regularly audit local ad campaigns and agencies to ensure optimization
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in Performance Marketing (agency or in-house, e-commerce preferred)
- ✓Proven experience scaling campaigns across multiple regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC or CIS)
- ✓Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads, familiarity with TikTok and X ad platforms
- ✓Native-level fluency in at least one language other than English
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- ✓Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
