Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 6 years of management experience overseeing multiple teams and initiatives
- ✓Track record of effectively managing, attracting, hiring, retaining, and leading top-tier engineering talent
- ✓Experience in developing and managing complex, large-scale enterprise applications
- ✓Over 10 years of proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, with expertise in Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices
- ✓Proficiency in RDBMS Server, particularly in designing and optimizing queries
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
