About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Saviynt’s AI Security team. This role involves leading a team to design, implement, and release end-to-end workflows for our AI security posture product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and lead the team to design, implement, test, and release e2e workflows for our AI security posture product.
- →Work across multiple agent platforms like AWS Bedrock, Google Agent Space, Salesforce AgentForce, building foundational solutions.
- →Use AI and Agents to secure AI, using CUA agents, various LLMs, agentic frameworks like ADK, Langchain among others.
- →Design and develop secure, scalable, multi-tenant software solutions that run seamlessly across major cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- →Act as a technical expert and thought leader, influencing product direction and engineering best practices.
- →Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tooling, and operational reliability.
- →Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
- →Test and deploy applications and systems.
- →Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
- →Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical and customer support.
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years of experience in a manager role.
- ✓Expert-level ability utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, REST, and Microservices.
- ✓Familiar with AI tools and curious about MCP, A2A, Agentic frameworks.
- ✓Ability to perform research and go deep into platforms.
- ✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with other teams across the organization.
- ✓Ability to work effectively and achieve results across functional areas in a work environment with a high rate of change.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple teams and initiatives providing a consistent record of all activities while handling confidential work with discretion.
- ✓Extensive hands-on experience building and managing the development of complex, large-scale enterprise applications and products with resilience and reliability.
- ✓Proven experience in team management, attracting, hiring, retaining, and leading top engineering talent and high-performance product engineering teams.
- ✓Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- ✓Strong Experience as a Java Engineer developing applications based on Security principles, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- ✓Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- ✓Hands-on experience with SQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, CI/CD, AWS Glue, Kafka.
