About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Savvy, a digital-first wealth management platform that modernizes human financial advice. This role involves working directly with financial advisors and internal stakeholders to build custom solutions that accelerate their success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work directly with advisors and internal stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements, migrate data, and build custom solutions
- →Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and design through implementation, deployment, and iteration
- →Produce high-quality, maintainable, production-ready code that balances customer urgency with long-term scalability
- →Partner closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams to translate real customer needs into platform improvements
- →Debug, diagnose, and resolve live issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- →Contribute to tooling, automation, and process improvements for faster and more sustainable advisor migrations
- →Travel within the United States as needed (approximately 2-4 times per quarter) for customer migrations and collaboration sessions
- →Work in office Tuesday-Thursday with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience building and scaling production web applications
- ✓Strong full-stack proficiency including web frameworks (Rails preferred), front-end frameworks and libraries (React preferred), and SQL databases
- ✓Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to collect and mutate data in customer-friendly formats
- ✓Proven ability to collaborate in fast-moving, cross-functional startup environments with excellent technical communication skills
- ✓Comfort working in ambiguous, customer-driven environments and balancing rapid delivery with maintainable engineering
