About the Role
You will be responsible for the operational implementation of our owned media offering across multiple channels. You will be the central interface between editorial, content partnerships, CRM, and marketing operations. You will not only ensure operational excellence of our channels but also actively drive the growth and performance of our entire owned media portfolio (mainly newsletters) as a strategic partner to the editorial team, ensuring our content reaches the right target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →You will manage cross-channel workflows from implementing content in CMS and CRM tools to error-free delivery and act as the 'Product Owner' for these processes
- →You will define roadmaps for increasing reach (lead generation, cross-promotion) and scale the user base through systematic A/B testing and continuous optimization of engagement and conversions across all channels
- →You will translate KPIs into insights and proactively advise the editorial team on data-driven topic and content planning for the entire portfolio and content strategy
- →You will coordinate processes between editorial/partnerships and marketing operations for seamless, target group-specific implementation
- →You will proactively work with cross-functional teams to optimize templates, automations, and personalizations for a first-class user experience
Requirements
