About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead direct search efforts and build candidate pipelines. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent through various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently identify and approach candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant platforms with a focus on Direct Search
- →Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles, including target profiles, search strings, and location/skill focus
- →Build qualified candidate pipelines and conduct talent mapping for priority target markets
- →Create and optimize outreach messages, test different approaches, and ensure strong response rates
- →Conduct initial structured screenings and hand off qualified candidates to recruiting teams
- →Document sourcing activities in ATS/CRM systems, maintain candidate profiles, and ensure funnel transparency
- →Provide regular market insights and reporting, offering recommendations for profile optimization
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on direct search
- ✓Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
