About the Role
The Brand Marketing Specialist will architect and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for a managed IT services provider supporting highly regulated industries. This role focuses on shaping how the company’s technology services are perceived by business leaders through strategic content creation and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement a holistic social media strategy aligned with services and industry audiences
- →Produce short-form content (Reels, Stories, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos, LinkedIn articles, tutorials)
- →Grow and engage an audience of business leaders, technology decision-makers, and industry professionals
- →Track and analyze reach, impressions, engagement, and subscriber growth
- →Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging across launches and campaigns
Requirements
- ✓Proven success building and growing professional brands on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- ✓Experience interpreting performance data to inform content and brand strategy
- ✓Strong visual storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills
- ✓Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
- ✓Comfort presenting on camera or guiding on-camera talent
- ✓Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or CapCut
