About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist & Coordinator will execute and manage digital marketing deliverables with precision and consistency. This hands-on role focuses on operating core digital platforms, fulfilling SEO packages, and managing account details for a specialized marketing agency serving the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- βOperate the Search Atlas platform to fulfill defined SEO packages
- βPerform monthly optimizations, keyword tracking, and basic technical checks for assigned clients
- βMaintain organized records of client preferences and historical information
- βManage a personal production calendar within ClickUp
- βComplete monthly deliverables, including content updates, SEO tasks, and reporting, on time
- βMonitor Google Analytics and Search Console to extract data and identify trends
- βAssist with lifecycle campaign logistics in HubSpot
- βCollaborate with the Senior SEO Strategist on technical challenges
Requirements
- β2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or account coordination
- βDirect experience with Search Atlas, HubSpot, and ClickUp
- βWorking knowledge of Local and Organic SEO fundamentals
- βStrong technical fluency with the ability to learn new software platforms
- βHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- βAbility to manage recurring monthly production goals independently
