We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy for a K-8 education company. This role will drive brand growth, content development, and campaign performance while managing a marketing team.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- β5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving brand growth
- βExperience managing a marketing team and leading cross-functional initiatives
- βStrong experience with paid and organic marketing strategies
- βHands-on experience using HubSpot CRM for performance marketing
- βFamiliarity with AI marketing tools, preferably Outset.AI
- βStrong strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on
- βData-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βAbility to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
