About the Role
We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our client's team responsible for application support in their finance IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the functional and technical design of solutions
- →Participate in development, testing, and deployment phases, directly or through external providers you will supervise
- →Ensure application maintenance and level 2/3 support, including analysis and resolution of incidents and anomalies (data, flows, and integrations)
- →Contribute to application reporting and monitoring of quality and service indicators for the Domain Manager
- →Conduct technical investigations in production (data, flows, integrations)
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience
- ✓Experience in application support and maintenance
- ✓Knowledge of finance IT systems
- ✓Problem-solving and analytical skills
