About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on participating in the design and evolution of products in an agile, collaborative, and user-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollect, analyze, and formalize functional requirements
- βFacilitate business workshops and closely collaborate with business and user teams
- βWrite user stories, contribute to backlog prioritization, and support the Product Owner
- βDefine and track test plans for features and user stories
- βMonitor the RUN, analyze anomalies, and continuously improve user journeys and features
- βMaintain product documentation and share best practices within the team
Requirements
- βMinimum 7 years of experience
- βExperience in agile environments
- βStrong analytical and documentation skills
- βAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
