Key Responsibilities

• →Strategic leadership
• →Contribute to defining and deploying the strategy for the France scope
• →Support the COO in strategic thinking and decision-making
• →Governance & coordination
• →Prepare and lead governance meetings: COMEX, Management Committees, commercial seminars
• →Ensure coordination between different entities and departments
• →Performance tracking
• →Drive execution of action plans (commercial, operational, strategic)
• →Implement and track dashboards, analyze performance indicators, and identify gaps
• →Business & financial leadership
• →Prepare, analyze, and track commercial action plans
• →Contribute to budget development, analysis, and tracking
• →Identify levers for optimizing processes and overall performance
• →Cross-functional interface
• →Act as the primary contact with Managing Directors and corporate support functions (Finance, HR, Commercial Coordination)
• →Represent the COO France with internal stakeholders when needed
