About the Role
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer / DevOps to join our team in the aerospace and critical data systems sector. This role involves R&D efforts to design and evolve a cutting-edge data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design innovative Machine Learning algorithms and server features to enhance the solution
- →Complete development cycle: requirements specification, effort estimation, software architecture design, and implementation
- →Quality assurance and integration: perform unit, functional, and acceptance testing, contribute to CI/CD, and participate in code reviews
- →Documentation and reporting: write technical documentation in English and maintain activity tracking
- →Agile collaboration: work in an Agile environment, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements
- ✓3-4 years of minimum experience in Java development
- ✓Expertise in backend Java, REST, and advanced algorithms
- ✓Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (Cassandra, OpenSearch) databases
- ✓Proficiency with containers (Docker, CNI), Linux, Git, virtualization, and networking
- ✓DevOps skills: CI/CD with GitLab, automation with Ansible and Terraform
- ✓Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- ✓Fluent English required
