About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team working on a major industrial project related to the nuclear fuel cycle. This role is responsible for managing timelines and coordinating various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop project structure by defining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and implementing the initial schedule.
- →Lead and update project planning by facilitating planning rituals with lot managers, analyzing critical paths, and identifying deviations.
- →Create reporting and decision support by developing dashboards, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and proposing rescheduling scenarios.
- →Serve as an interface by coordinating closely with different departments (engineering, operations, procurement) to ensure planning consistency.
