About the Role
You play a key role in coordinating and monitoring projects related to automotive development and production. You will be responsible for planning management, tool management, tracking and coordination, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, update, and track automotive project schedules.
- →Identify critical milestones, dependencies, and time-related risks.
- →Integrate data from various departments (engineering, production, quality, logistics).
- →Use and master planning tools such as Sciforma, Planisware, or MS Project to ensure visibility and accuracy of schedules.
- →Create and maintain dashboards to track project progress.
- →Propose solutions for optimizing planning processes.
- →Coordinate activities between different project stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors).
- →Organize and lead project follow-up meetings to ensure compliance with deadlines and deliverables.
- →Evaluate the impact of schedule deviations and propose corrective actions.
- →Prepare regular reports on project status for management teams.
- →Provide accurate analyses on progress, risks, and opportunities.
